Shipment management
- For shipments to recipients in the EU, we create EAD in EMCS
- S-EAD: as of February 13, 2023, the paper-based procedure using document form 2725 is no longer applicable
- Monitoring the confirmations of the created EAD in EMCS as well as any necessary reminders and corrections
- For shipments to recipients outside the EU from German wine-growing companies, we create the necessary export declaration, and for exports outside of Germany we also create the necessary EAD.
- Monitoring the confirmations of the export declarations created and requesting any alternative evidence that may be necessary during investigations
- For shipments to recipients outside the EU from Austrian wine-growing companies, we create the necessary export EAD in FinanzOnline
Invoice management
- Preparation of commercial invoices without VAT to commercial customers worldwide (B2B), with preference notes if necessary and possible
- Dunning of invoices created as well as collection of these invoices within the scope of possibilities, in Germany up to the bailiff
- Creation of pro forma invoices for shipping samples
- Creation of invoices to private customers in Germany with German VAT
